Toronto, ON, January 25, 2012 – ALOE Systems, a vendor of industry-leading VoIP softswitch solutions and service platforms, is going to participate in ITEXPO East 2012 on February 1-3 in Miami, Florida.
Participation in this event has become a valued tradition for ALOE Systems. ITEXPO is one of the world’s largest exhibitions devoted to the telecom industry where hundreds of companies that specialize in VoIP meet to demonstrate their products and services.
At the event, ALOE Systems’ sales managers will make a presentation about the new version of the company’s flagship product – MVTS II. It is a 3-in-1 wholesale VoIP business platform with integrated switching, billing, and smart routing functionality.
MVTS II smart routing incorporates three main components:
Advanced routing – the system support of LCR, jurisdictional routing, LRN Based routing, etc.
Profit protection – MVTS II algorithm performs “route blending”, comparing profitable and non-profitable routes, and thus ensuring profit.
Real-time route quality control – if route quality falls below a certain point, the route can be blocked and re-directed to guarantee SLA parameters to end clients.
The new version of MVTS II features enhanced system capacity:
the concurrent calls rate of MVTS II went up to 150 000, calls per second rate – up to 3 500*.
* up to 800 per traffic entry point
These rates can be further increased as the system is easily scalable and has the capability to be clustered in multiple nodes.
At ITEXPO, ALOE Systems is also going to hold a briefing on the recently released ALOE Transit SBC –session border controller. It incorporates features essential for smooth inter-carrier traffic exchange, data security, network interworking and media management. ALOE Transit SBC is installed on standard server platforms and is easily scalable and cost efficient; a variety of redundancy schemes can be implemented. The product allows the set up of a geographically distributed system - elements set in different regions that can be controlled from one place using a single interface. This feature is aimed at reducing operating expenses for carriers.
